After graduating from Gettysburg College and Rutgers University Graduate School of Education, Barry embarked on a career in public education. Discovering” Hilton Head Island in the mid-80’s, he and his wife Cynthia could no longer resist the call of the ocean—they moved to the Island in 1997. For the last 25 years he has focused on the luxury resort and residential real estate market on and around Hilton Head Island. Barry takes unique view of his role: to professionally work with you—taking advantage of positive, favorable conditions and avoiding negative, unfavorable ones as you together to build a facilitating environment based upon patience, prudence and protection in order to ensure your happy outcome here.
